1. Who we are
The Front Office Sport is run by Intrepid Fox Group Pty Ltd (ABN 52 188 298 415), trading as The Front Office Sport ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every course, masterclass, session and package you book through thefrontofficesport.com.
By booking, you agree to these terms. If you book for someone else, including a child, you agree on their behalf and are responsible for making sure they follow them.
2. Booking and payment
- Everything is paid in full, in advance. Every course, masterclass, session and package is paid at the time of booking. There are no instalments, deposits or pay-later options.
- Individual enrolments are paid in full at booking through TryBooking. Prices include GST. Your place is confirmed once your booking is completed. No payment, no place.
- Program access details and session information will be sent before your cohort begins.
- APAC programs are charged in Australian dollars. Americas and UK & Europe programs are charged in US dollars. Your bank or card provider may charge conversion or international fees; these are not refundable by us.
- Prices for individuals include GST where it applies. Prices for universities, schools and organisations are quoted plus GST, and a tax invoice is issued.
- A discounted student enrolment is available to currently enrolled students. Student status is confirmed during booking and proof of enrolment may be requested. If proof can't be provided, we'll ask you to pay the difference or cancel your booking with a full refund.
- Cohorts are capped at 20 places and are allocated in the order payments are received.
- Universities, schools and organisations booking private sessions are invoiced in advance. Invoices must be paid in full before the first session; unpaid sessions don't go ahead. Any separate written agreement takes priority over these terms where they differ.
3. Refund policy

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service has a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and get a refund, or compensation for any drop in value. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, or the equivalent rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country.
4. Changes by us
- If we cancel a cohort, masterclass or session, you choose: a full refund or a free transfer to another date.
- If we need to move a single live session within a cohort, we'll give at least 48 hours' notice where we can and share the recording.
- We may invite guest speakers or adjust module content to keep it current. The program will stay materially the same as described when you booked.
- If fewer than 8 people have enrolled 7 days before a cohort starts, we may postpone it. You'll be offered the new date or a full refund.
5. Taking part
- Sessions run live on Zoom. You need a reliable internet connection and a device with audio. We can't refund for technical problems on your side, but recordings are shared within 24 hours.
- Treat everyone with respect. We may remove anyone from a session or program for harassment, discrimination, disruptive behaviour or sharing other participants' information. Removal for misconduct is not refunded.
- What's shared in the room stays in the room. Case discussions may include candid views; don't quote other participants or record sessions yourself.
- A certificate of completion requires live attendance at 5 of 6 cohort sessions and contribution to your team's capstone pitch. It confirms you completed the program; it is not an accredited qualification.
- The program is education and career guidance. We don't guarantee a job or an interview. The one introduction we commit to is the prize for the top capstone team each cohort: Peter personally introduces each member of that team to a contact in their area of interest. What happens after the introduction is up to you and the contact.
6. High school students (Game Plan)
- Game Plan is for students in Years 10–12 or the equivalent. Bookings must be made by a parent or guardian, who gives consent for the student to attend.
- Joining links are sent to the parent or guardian's email.
- Sessions are group sessions only. There are no one-on-one sessions with anyone under 18.
- Cameras are optional, the chat is moderated, and students are asked not to share personal contact details in the session.
- The presenter holds a current Working with Children Check.
- We don't record Game Plan sessions in a way that shows students' faces or names.
7. Course materials
Slides, case studies, templates and recordings belong to Intrepid Fox Group Pty Ltd. You can use them for your own learning and career. You can't resell, republish, share login or recording links, or use them to run your own training.
Your assignments and capstone work stay yours. We may share anonymised excerpts or, with your permission, your name and testimonial in our marketing.
8. Recordings and privacy
- Cohort and masterclass sessions are recorded and shared only with participants of that session or cohort. Recordings are deleted 90 days after a cohort ends.
- We collect your name, email, payment details (handled by TryBooking, not stored by us), region and booking answers to run your program. We don't sell your information.
- We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and your rights.
9. Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost opportunities or income. This doesn't affect any rights you have that can't be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. General
- These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
- We may update these terms. The version in place when you booked applies to that booking.
- Questions or complaints: hello@thefrontofficesport.com. We reply within 2 business days.
